Meet Jennifer
Jennifer is a true advocate in practicing what she preaches. Her authentic approach to health, fitness and wellbeing empowers other women to grow, evolve and excel both mentally and physically. Jennifer understands the power of true self-care and healthy lifestyle practices, nourishing the body from the inside out – from the thoughts we think to the food we eat. Jennifer realised that to live up to her true potential, she needed to accept and love herself first. Breaking free from the toxic relationship she had with herself, using alcohol and cocaine as coping mechanisms for emotional pain and low self esteem, as a result from years of physical and mental abuse.
Jennifer leads by example and uses her own experience of healing through her deep health approach, to empower and inspire other women to overcome low self esteem and self sabotage, helping them develop healthier lifestyle practices and coping skills to overcome the challenges and stresses of life.
Jennifer speaks freely about her own journey and experiences in the hope that she can help as many women globally reach their true potential. Developing a loving relationship with herself and her innerworld, Jennifer’s outerworld began changing for the better. From competing in bodybuilding competitions, a college degree, to setting up her own business. She no longer wears the mask of guilt and shame and in 2019 she became an Irish Times and Amazon best selling author collaborating with Donna Kennedy in the bestselling book “We Summit Together” writing her chapter titled “Claiming back Your Power.”
Jennifer’s is a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. With her extensive knowledge and over 20 years experience within the health, fitness and wellbeing industry, along with her own personal experiences, she has developed the coaching skills to empower, educate and inspire other women to truly thrive in life with a deep health approach to break free from self sabotage and start living their best life, loving themselves from the inside out.
